Once an agency has selected staff to become S-M-A-R-T® Facilitators, the facilitators are certified to teach for that agency within their specific geographic location.
With the Participant Take Home Packet Option there is a user agreement that prohibits copyright release and the agency can place orders for the required Participant Supplies as needed (see below for bundle prices). There is a complimentary member login access for facilitator resources and materials. Agencies can place orders for participant handbooks either on our site or by calling CALLA. This option is ideal for smaller agencies that are serving less participants.

All orders include digital downloads of the curriculum’s facilitator handbook as well as a hard copy which will be mailed complimentary. In accordance to the user agreement, the agency must order the required participant handbooks in order to administer the purchased curriculum.
