The Calla Crew

Amos Miller, BS

With a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University Amos is at home in the Greater Lafayette area as anyone can be. He began his educational experience in the U.S. Air Force. After serving in the military, Amos continued his career by becoming a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). Amos embraces collaborative efforts in therapeutic education that encourages best practice and progressive thought. As a long-term Get S-M-A-R-T® Instructor, he now strives to reach new levels of insights by training other clinicians who want to facilitate change in their communities.

Colette Chidalek, BFA

Colette is a proud Purdue University graduate with a degree in Visual Communications Design. She strives to learn more every day about her craft and to expand her creative skills through many outlets from art and design to dance and music. She currently works on freelance design projects and as a graphics specialist with Brunswick Community College.

Courtney Lehe

Courtney completed her Internship with Calla and she graduated with her Master’s in Social Work in August of 2023. She was trained in the Get S-M-A-R-T® program and continues to share the empowerment approach and experience she gained working with Justice Involved Individuals in her current employment through Ministry.

Dominic Hart

Dominic graduated from Purdue in 2020 with a BS in Finance. He currently lives in the New York Metropolitan Area and is a certified financial planner. Dominic is active in the recovery community. He likes to help organize local events dedicated toteaching people how to live a life free from substance abuse and addictive tendencies. He has been working with Calla Collaborative since 2020.

Hope Goudy, BS

Hope Lincoln Goudy is a Lafayette, Indiana native who strives to use her talents in writing, design, and marketing to support local businesses. She enjoys working with Calla because of its potential to impact individuals and communities through education, personal development, and self-empowerment. Hope earned her Bachelor’s in Professional Writing from Purdue University and is a freelance content creator/editor for her business, Hope Lincoln Creates.

Kristina Bagnoli, LMFT

Kristina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University. She joined CCH as a Clinical Intern and graduated with her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy degree. She now has her own practice, Rising Phoenix, and continues as part of Calla as a S-M-A-R-T Facilitator. Kristina enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, skiing and paddle boarding.

LaTasha Hudson, PsyD, LMHCA

LaTasha Hudson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA) who brings a wealth of clinical and administrative skills to the Calla Team where she focuses on working with college students. She is the founder and CEO of LifeSkills Unlimited, LLC in Indianapolis, IN. LaTasha has 20 years of experience working in varying areas of mental health from youth and adolescents to aging seniors with mental health diagnoses. LaTasha also holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Community Psychology.

Lisa Werth, MSW, LCSW, LCAC

Lisa is originally from New York state and has brought a wealth of experience and education to her work in the Midwest. She is passionate about early intervention for mental health and substance use and has created evidence-based programs to help people of all ages experiencing challenges in their lives from substance use. Lisa is married with two teenage children. She enjoys nature, running and interior design.

Clinical Director

Soraya Martinez

Over the years, Soraya has found a passion in learning about mental health. She started her journey with Calla to do just that plus more. Soraya will explore substances and mental health impacts in the Spanish community. Bringing more awareness to the Spanish community of the effects of substances can help save a life. Soraya will be exclusively teaching the Get SMART program in Spanish to allow others to feel empowered in their journey despite the cultural differences. Outside of work Soraya loves to cook, exercise, and learn new skills or hobbies to empower herself and those around her.

S-M-A-R-T® Facilitator

Storie is a proud Purdue Alumna with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Public Relations and a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling. She has more than ten years’ experience working with college students in higher education. Storie is a long-time advocate for mental health and is a licensed instructor for QPR (Suicide Prevention Training). She has become a certified S-M-A-R-T® Facilitator and primarily works with our S-M-A-R-T U college program.

Thania Hernandez, MC

As a first-generation Hispanic, Thania strives to comprehend cultural biases and advocate for the mental well-being of individuals. Thania joined Calla’s team as a Clinical Therapist Intern in 2021 and graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health with a dual specialization in Addiction and Military Cultural Counseling in 2022. Thania is certified in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). She allows clients to express themselves in English or Spanish, focusing on how everyone’s mental health journey differs.

Tristen Myers, BA

As a first-generation college student, Tristen places a high value on learning and works in the field of Higher Education. She is passionate about well-being and is also a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Facilitator leading suicide prevention training. Tristen graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and is currently finishing her masters degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education at Indiana State University. She lives with her husband and two dogs in Hillsboro, Indiana and enjoys traveling and going to yoga classes in her free time.
